Dr. Ron Brown, is the Senior Pastor for New Hope Fellowship (NHF). He’s been married to Nancy Brown (formerly Adviento) for nearly 25 years, and they have three children; Ronnie, Ryan and Noelani. In 2006 he served as Dean of Adult Christian Education for NHF’s Christian Education Academy. In 2008 he was appointed Associate Pastor and affirmed by NHF membership as Senior Pastor in January 2011. Pastor Ron has served in a variety of educational, leadership, and advisory capacities throughout his nearly 30 years of ministry.

Pastor Ron was born in Kingston, Jamaica, in 1963; then immigrated to the United States in 1980. He served 27 years in the U.S. Air Force & retired as a Chief Master Sergeant. As a Continuous Process Improvement analyst for the Ogden Air Logistics Center (OO-ALC) & Team Hill, Utah, he advises senior leadership on educational, human resource developmental, transformational & motivational issues. Dr. Brown is also an associate professor for Park & Embry-Riddle Aeronautical Universities. As a former Career Field Manager, he governed the vocational affairs of over 40,000 USAF civil engineers around the globe. His most significant professional achievement was the development of the Air Force’s premier electronic training management and delivery system software called COVER Train (Contingency Operations and Vocational Engineer Review Training; now called the Air Force Training Record). He founded the Contemporary Airman’s Mentorship Program (CAMP), the Mentorship Initiative Leadership & Excellence (MILE) Award, and several other legacy programs.
