The Estée Lauder Companies has been named for the second consecutive year to Indeed’s “Top-Rated Workplaces: The 50 Best” List. The company is number 16 on the list, up from 21 last year. The list, published annually, ranks companies based on reviews and ratings from past and present employees. Other prestigious Fortune 500 companies on the list include Facebook, Microsoft and Apple.
Over the last year, The Estée Lauder Companies has introduced a number of employee benefits, support options and learning opportunities that demonstrate a continued commitment to investing in its employees’ personal and professional success. The company recently announced new and enhanced family-related programs, policies and benefits for its diverse employee base in the U.S.*, including a 20-week Paid Parental Leave Policy and Back-to-Work Flexibility Policy.
